I figured I’d show you guys what a typical day of meals looks like. Some days I skip breakfast and just drink coffee. If I am recovering after an active day or am planning an active day ahead, I’ll eat breakfast or two bigger meals. I typically run a calorie deficit during the week but I have an all out cheat day on Saturday or Sunday. Again, I follow the Slow Carb Diet.
Breakfast:
Refried beans, scrambled eggs, bacon, salsa. Ranchero plate from Taco Cabana. Sorry for the poor quality image, it was 6am.
Lunch:

Dinner:

Snack:
I usually just eat a big spoonfull of peanut butter. Technically, you’re supposed to eat all natural almond butter but it’s tougher to palette and the sugar content is low in the peanut butter I buy.
Vitamins:
I have mixed up my vitamin usage from daily to just a couple of times per week. I don’t take vitamins everyday because I think it’s insignificant at best and detrimental at worst. My blood tests aren’t showing anything deficient so there is no need to adjust.
I take Fish Oil, Multivitamin w/ vitamin C, Magnesium, Potassium.
